Sydney - Power House Museum & Vivid

Jules and I decided to hit the road - Thelma and Louise style- ready for an adventure. The boys are excellent travellers at this age. They really love the part where they can play on ipads for hours in the car. William is a bit of a foodie so he looks forward to giving the restaurants a review.

The Power House Museum had a Sherlock Holmes exhibition and it was fantastic. The boys enjoyed it all and could have stayed there all day.

We dined at Crintinis' which had the most spectacular view of vivid. The water and lights show was amazing. We will definitely do this again next year.

Saying Goodbye

Last month was really very difficult. Jordan fell ill very suddenly. She was flown to Sydney and seven days later she passed away from brain cancer.

The whole community has been shocked and devastated by this tragedy. We are all grieving in different ways. It's been very difficult for the children to understand but they are quick to bounce back into the usual routine. It has been reassuring to see Jordan's brother back at school and doing ok. It will be a long road for them but they have a great circle of support.
